About the Retreat

Who it’s for and what you’ll experience.

The retreat is for women aged 18 or older who are looking to step away from everyday life to connect with God and be equipped with Biblical principles for experiencing greater levels of healing and freedom.

Please note that participants must be mentally sound to attend the retreat and be able to read and write without assistance. The retreat center is not able to accommodate some physical limitations at this time.

This is our first retreat in Rochester, NY. We have a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 participants.

Participants will dive into topics such as hearing from God, renewing your mind, healing life’s hurts and choosing to forgive.

The retreat does not offer counseling and is not a place to receive treatment for a mental health condition. The retreat staff are not licensed medical professionals or mental health experts.

Instead, the retreat offers an opportunity to discover key Biblical concepts that may be helpful in your ongoing journey toward greater freedom in Christ. We will, however, have information available on Christian counseling services.
